Terms and Conditions of Social Media Marketing ServiceService Description:

King Lyon offers comprehensive social media marketing services for $299 per month. This includes the creation and management of weekly blog posts, daily social media posts across three selected platforms, and a custom landing page for lead capture. Real-time notifications of lead captures are sent via email. Each blog post is limited to 500 words, contains one external link, and can be hosted on a blog URL provided by King Lyon or a URL chosen by the client. Social media posts include captions and an image. If a client desires custom graphics or videos featuring their logo, products, or other business-related items, these materials must be provided by the client.

Platform Restriction:

All social media marketing services under this offer are performed exclusively on the aRISE60 platform.

Payment Terms:

Clients will be billed monthly, with each billing cycle starting 30 days after the initial payment. There is no monthly obligation, and clients may cancel the service at any time.

Cancellation Policy:

Clients may cancel their service without penalty.

Cancellation must be communicated through the provided channels before the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, services will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund Policy:

There are no refunds or credits for services unless explicitly approved by King Lyon Consulting.

Additional Services and Fees:

Text messaging notifications are available for an additional fee of $15 per month, with a one-time setup fee of $47.

Client Data and Intellectual Property:

King Lyon respects and upholds the confidentiality of clients' data and business intellectual property. All client information is handled with the highest degree of integrity and security.

Amendments:

King Lyon reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this offer at any time. Such modifications will be communicated to existing clients and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the notification.

By subscribing to this service, the client agrees to these terms and conditions, which form the contractual agreement between the client and King Lyon.
