CRM and communication tools

Marketing and lead generation services

All services are delivered through proprietary systems and platforms managed by King Lyon.

4. Free AI-Powered Website Build Offer

King Lyon offers a free website build valued at $2,500, which includes:

A 5-page website

AI automation systems (missed call text-back, follow-up automation, chat support, appointment confirmations and reminders)

Basic CRM and communication tools

Hosting Requirement

To maintain access to the website and systems, clients must subscribe to the aRISE60 platform at $75 per month.

This fee covers hosting, system access, and included usage.

5. Usage Limits and Overage Charges

The monthly subscription includes:

500 email sends

50 SMS messages

100 voice minutes

Additional Usage

Additional usage is billed at:

$35 per bundle, which includes: 200 additional emails 100 voice minutes 50 SMS messages

Non-Rollover Policy

All usage (email, SMS, and voice) does not roll over and resets each billing cycle.

6. Payment Terms

Billing occurs monthly

Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

7. No Refund Policy

All payments made to King Lyon Consulting LLC are final and non-refundable.

This includes:

Subscription fees

Service fees

Add-ons and usage charges

No refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be issued once services have been rendered.

8. Dual Pricing and Payment Processing

King Lyon participates in a dual pricing model:

Credit card processing fees are passed to the end user (your customer)

Alternative payment methods may be offered to avoid these fees

By using our systems, you acknowledge and agree to this pricing structure.

9. Platform Requirement

All services are delivered exclusively through the aRISE60 platform.

You must maintain an active subscription to retain access to:

Your website

AI systems

CRM and communication tools

If your subscription is canceled, access to these services may be discontinued.

10. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

All activity under your account

King Lyon is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

11. Content and Intellectual Property

All content, systems, processes, and technology provided by King Lyon remain the intellectual property of the Company.

Client-provided materials (logos, images, business data) remain the property of the client.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you provide.

12. Social Media Marketing Services (If Applicable)

King Lyon offers social media marketing services for $299 per month, which include:

Weekly blog posts (up to 500 words, one external link)

Daily social media posts across up to three platforms

A custom landing page for lead capture

Email notifications for new leads

Platform Restriction

These services are delivered exclusively through the aRISE60 platform.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide any custom assets (logos, product images, videos) if custom content is required.

13. Additional Services and Fees

Optional services may include:

SMS notification add-on: $15/month

One-time setup fees where applicable

All additional services will be clearly disclosed prior to billing.

14. Cancellation Policy

Services may be canceled at any time

Cancellation must be submitted before the next billing cycle

Services will remain active until the end of the current billing period

Upon cancellation, access to services and systems may be terminated.

15. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

We are not liable for any resulting impact on your business.
